Video of the Week: Dynamic Happy Baby Pose

This is a dynamic version of Happy Baby pose moves you from Reclined Cobbler's Pose to a transitional pose Baxter calls Floating Cobbler's and then takes you to Happy Baby Pose. The order is then reversed. This dynamic pose has all the benefits of classic Happy Baby Pose (see my Happy Baby Pose video and the blog post on Happy Baby pose for more information). It's also a core strengthener! I recommend you watch it once through before trying on your own.
